Eveleth Public Library 2024 Summer Reading Signup 

Thank you for joining us as we Read Renew Repeat this summer at the Eveleth Public Library.

​Our Summer Reading Program (SRP) will have many things happening at the library this summer, while others you can take home to do. And while we still want everyone to READ, our focus is on HAVING FUN wherever you are! We have a Summer Reading Log and other things to do. 

The library building will continue to be closed during construction, but we will be having programs and check-out available during our posted hours Tuesday through Saturdays outside on our front lawn. In case of bad weather events will be held at the Eveleth Auditorium - 421 Jackson Street.

On Tuesday mornings at 10:30 a.m. we will have Story Time. We will show a G or PG-rated movie on Wednesday afternoons starting at 1 pm. Throughout the day on Thursdays we will have a craft project. 

This year’s program will run from June 9th until July 27th.  Welcome Packets will be available for pick up at the library starting Tuesday June 11th through July 22nd, so you can start any time along in June or July. 

Track your Reading Times on your reading log and let us know how you are doing. Every time you read 20 minutes in a day mark it down. Although we encourage you to read as much as you want, please be aware that you can only count 60 minutes (1 hour) per day towards and only 300 minutes (5 hours) per week.
